A raw food breakfast can be the most important way to start a day
You deserve to begin your day with a bowl of fresh fruit or a cup of sunshine...



While sleeping your body slows down to rest and regenerate. Fasting 3 hours before bed and throughout the night, assists your body to work most efficiently in the regeneration process. Attempt to wake up gently without an alarm if possible or at least a soft sounding alarm and wait until you are truly hungry to eat. When you are really ready to fill your stomach, enjoy a fresh food breakfast to get your body ready to start digesting for the day.

I usually start my day with a tall glass of water or two! Then I will have either fresh fruit or a handful of nuts.
