Raw dehydrator recipes were so important when I first became raw, it helped me satisfy my cravings for heavier cooked foods. With some experimentation, I soon found I could create wonderfully tasty crackers and intensify the flavors of gourmet raw food dishes. As long as the temperatures do not exceed 118 degrees (I never go above 105 degrees), your foods enzymes remain in the food.
The warm dehydrated recipes are simple to create and do require a dehydrator or constant sun exposure. Some of the recipes are time consuming, I like to save those for special occasions or if I am just in the mood to play in the kitchen. I find dehydrating recipes remind me of my baking days (only easier) and the kids have fun too.
