A POWERFUL way to begin your new lifestyle change is to set an Intention. When creating an intention, state it, as if, you already have what you want. Use it as a daily affirmation. Here are a few examples:

It is helpful to post your intention where you will see it regularly. (Refrigerator, car steering wheel...etc.)
It is also important to make an emotional connection to your intention. See, feel, touch and taste the intention. The emotional connection is key and WILL allow us to achieve it.
