Anyone can enjoy a delicious and nutritious raw breakfast recipe

Years ago, after we starting eating a fresh food diet I was running out of
ideas for the kids to eat in the morning. While watching "The Grinch" with the kids, I received a
great inspiring idea for the perfect morning breakfast I thought the kids would love. One of their all time
favorite foods is avocado, I came up the idea to blend up a slice of avocado
with banana, throw in 2 cups of spinach and call it "Grinch Pudding".
It was and still is, the perfect breakfast hit! After all what kid can
resist a delicious, creamy, sweet, green bowl of Grinch Pudding?
