Juicing: Raw Food Diet Breakfast

Another quick and easy light morning raw food diet breakfast is a glass of fresh juice. If you don't have a juicer or don't like the hassle of cleaning up a juicer or throwing away all the pulp, no problem just blend and strain.

A full 50oz blender of raw fruits, vegetables, and greens blended with a bit of water and then strained through a nut milk bag, makes 1.5 quarts of juice with only .5 cup of pulp left over. This is a filling yet light raw breakfast perfect for your first morning treat.

When I find myself over eating on fats or dried foods I feel heavy and a bit slow. Blend-juicing gives me the perfect break and lights my load (body). Afterward a few days on juice I am light and free again!

Breakfast Juicing

Apple Celery Juice

  • 5 Apples
  • 5 Stalks of Celery
  • .5 cup of water
Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Strain through a nut milk bag or paint straining bag.
Enjoy!

Watermelon Juice

  • Blender full of watermelon
Blend for 30 seconds, no need to strain, this is my favorite!
