Raw Food Diet Meal Plans and
Raw Food Shopping List

Get started on your way to vibrant living with raw food diet meal plans and weekly shopping list from the Navarre family.

Blake, 50yr Raw dad:

    Morning:
  • 32oz Fresh OJ or
  • 32oz Fruity Green Smoothie or
  • 4-5 Bananas

    Lunch:
  • 3 bananas or
  • 32oz green smoothie
    Dinner:
  • Small salad with mixed greens, avocado, tomatoes and orange.

    Snacks:
  • 2 Apples/Pears/Asian Pears or
  • 3-4 Bananas or
  • Bag or Box of Grapes or
  • Almond Butter and Banana or
  • 1/2 Watermelon

Mitchel, Raw 10 year old and Lover of Nuts and Avocados:

    Morning:
  • Banana/strawberry/leafy greens "Ice Cream" (approx 2.5 bananas(fresh or frozen), 2 strawberries, and handful of fresh leafy greens, use lots of ice if bananas are not frozen) or
  • Grinch Pudding (3 bananas fresh, 1/4 avocado, pinch of vanilla bean powder, and large handful of leafy greens blended with ice)
    Lunch:
  • Avocado Sandwiches: 1 head of romaine, 1/2 avocado mashed with, chopped tomatoes, sprouts, broccoli slaw mix, Sea Tangle Kelp Noodles and raw dressing or any other veggie or seasoning. or
  • 2-3 Bananas and 2 tablespoons of Almond Butter
    Dinner:
  • Same as lunch unless mom makes him soup or something especially raw.
    Snacks: Any of the following in between lunch and dinner and after dinner.
  • Grapes
  • Clementines
  • Fruit Smoothie
  • Apples
  • Watermelon

Carter, 8 year old and loves dates, nuts, durian

    Morning:
  • Banana/strawberry/leafy greens "Ice Cream" (approx 2.5 bananas(fresh or frozen), 2 strawberries, and handful of fresh leafy greens, use lots of ice if bananas are not frozen) or
  • Grinch Pudding (3 bananas fresh, 1/4 avocado, pinch of vanilla bean powder, and large handful of leafy greens blended with ice)
    Lunch:
  • Salad made with mix greens, mashed 1/2 avocado, dill seasoning, chopped tomato, and carrots. or
  • 2 bananas and 2 tablespoons Almond Butter.

    Dinner: same as lunch unless mom makes something different like soup or nori rolled sandwiches.
    Snacks: Depending on the season with depend on what fruit he will eat.
  • Pineapple
  • Strawberries
  • Fruit Smoothie
  • Durian
  • Watermelon

    Morning:
  • Peace, Movement and Water
    Lunch:
  • 64oz Fruit and Green Smoothie
    Snack:
  • 640z Fruit and Green Smoothie
    Dinner:
  • More Fruit like 1/2 watermelon or
  • Another Green Smoothie, "I love Green Smoothies" or
  • Salad: mixed greens, low fat raw dressing and Tomatoes or
  • Raw Pasta or
  • Raw Soup

    Snacks: usually any seasonal fruit especially watermelon!

    As you can see our raw food diet meal plans are not that fancy. Now to do some shopping:

    • 2 pounds of organic spinach: 2 X $3.29 Costco

    • Case of organic bananas: $27.55 Trader Joes
    • 2 organic celery: 2 X $1.99 Whole Foods
    • 4 organic romaine heart packs: 4 X $2.39 Trader Joes
    • 4 organic sugar plum tomatoes: 4 X $2.99 Trader Joes
    • 2 organic Roma tomatoes: 2 X $2.99 Trader Joes
    • 16 sometimes organic Avocados: 16 X $1.26 Trader Joes
    • 1 each organic cilantro and parsley: 2 X $1.25 Whole Foods
    • 3 boxes of clementines: 3 X $6.99 Trader Joes
    • 10 pounds of organic oranges: 10 X $1.99 Whole Foods
    • 1 head of organic cauliflower: $2.50 Whole Foods
    • 14 organic apples: $5.99 Costco
    • 2 pineapples: 2 X $2.99 Costco
    • 1 head of organic cauliflower
    • 2 pack organic cucumbers: $2.99 Trader Joes
    • 3 packs of Sea Tangle Kelp Noodles: 3 X $2.99 Whole Foods
    • 2 pounds of dates: 2 X $3.69 Trader Joes
    • 4 watermelons: 4 X $5.99 Costco
    • 5 pound organic carrots: $3.79 Whole Foods
    • 1 case young Thai coconuts: $8.99 Asian Market
    • 4 bags of organic frozen berries: 4 X $2.99 Trader Joes
    • 2 organic green onions: 2 X $1.29 Whole Foods
    • 2 packs of Organic Broccoli Slaw: 2 X $1.49 Trader Joes
    • 1 pack organic sprouts: $1.49 Whole Foods
    We will go to the Farmers Market first to see if we can get anything fresher (very hard to get organic product at a Las Vegas Farmer's Market). At Special times we buy nuts and nut butter and that can increase our budget $10-$50.
