Eating raw food is fun and I love it or I would not do it. As with
anything in life, the most important thing is to love what you do and
do what you love!

A new question was asked of me on one of my YouTube videos, "Darlene,
could you please tell me what your average day is like
eating raw food?" Of course
you know how much I love receiving and passing on inspiration so I
thought I would show you (write) what I enjoy eating on an average day.
Please feel free to play around with your diet and see how many fresh foods you can enjoy each day. Playing is of course the key component to complete health and overall wellness. Fresh foods are good for you when you ENJOY them and are having fun creating fresh food recipes!
For the past 13 years I have loved eating raw food's and playing with different fruits and vegetables as this supports my creative side. For the past year I have been focused on simpler, quicker recipes that support my nutrient needs and yet I am no longer in the kitchen too much. At times I may feel a burst of inspiration to create a lengthy recipe but that is becoming more rare as I have been focused on play and fitness more so than food creation. The great thing about life is you can always change what your doing and shift to match what direction you want to go in now!
