Raw Veggie Burger
Jalapeno Style



Tomato Jalapeno Burgers are a delectable raw veggie burger. Make any time a burger time and give your family and guests a healthy divine raw burger.

I made these raw burgers for a raw food service I use to own. Tomato Jalapeno Burgers were the second favorite only to Raw Pizza. I love them topped with extra BBQ sauce, mayo and mustard wrapped in a collard green, YUMMY!!

Tomato Jalapeno Burgers are also wonderful stuffed inside red bell peppers, large tomatoes, or as an appetizer on top raw flax crackers.

Tomato Jalapeno Burger Recipe

  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1⁄2 onion
  • 1 cup walnuts, brazil nuts, or any other raw nut, soaked
  • 1⁄4 cup sun dried tomatoes, soaked
  • 1 date
  • 2 teaspoons hamburger seasoning or any other seasoning of choice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 celery stalk
  • (optional) 2 baby portobella mushrooms or 4 regular mushrooms
  • 1⁄4 of a red bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Start with nuts, chop finely place in a bowl. Second add vegetables and seasonings, chop finely. Add to the nuts and stir together.
    (optional) Create patties and dehydrate if desired.
