Enzymes are key to our health and overall wellness! When eating fresh, organic, whole, ripe, raw foods we have the opportunity for health. Eating highly processed foods, fast foods and foods heated above 118F degree, foods all but lose all of the enzymes.


Over the past almost 3 years, here at Raw-Food-Diet-Inspiration.com, I have been looking to create the perfect product to inspire and support you in the best way I could. Since my own health, weight and energy challenges have transformed into the best health I have ever experienced, the most energy I have had to run and play more then ever, and completely natural weight loss, I have wanted to get the word out "Eating Fresh Plant Based Foods, ROCKS and here is why!" After years of living what I speak, I finally came up with what I believe to be the perfect product to easily and simply support you to achieve your best health!


(There is a few technical difficulties, sorry! I can't explain what happened but it is still great inspiration and information!)

Our health is so important, so important that without our health can we wouldn't feel like living up to our full potential!

Everyone I have ever spoken to agrees that fresh plant-based foods, found in nature, are the best foods to eat. Yet these same people don't know the true possibilities of enjoying a completely raw food diet or at least a very high raw diet. When I tell them why raw foods are key, like the enzymes within fresh foods vs. processed and heated foods, I get a look of amazement, it sounds logical to them.

Next when I share with them that I eat a 100% raw plant based diet they are even more amazed! Then follows a statement like: "Eating like that would be too expensive, too time consuming or too hard!" First they understand the benefits of fresh unheated foods and the next, they are not convinced that eating only "carrots, salads and apples" is something they would even entertain.

Of course I understand their response because I too had the same response when I first heard about a raw food diet. After getting sick and tired or feeling sick and tired I decided do get as much information on this raw food diet (which was not very much back then) and start figuring out if this "diet" could help. It took me several years, as I am still expanding in my health and eating my experience, to get to a point I feel both confident and sure that eating all or as much fresh foods is the most supportive way to achieve health and wellness.

Recently, I decided because I was coming up on 40 years that I would see a doctor just for a complete physical and female check as I had not been in 16 years. My husband was extremely shocked, "You are in the best shape of your life and now you are going to the doctor? Why?" I explained to him that I just wanted some evidence that the way I have been eating and thinking is really supporting my body.

In the past I had anemia since I was a baby, a tipped uterus, various stomach issues from 5-30 years and tired for about 2-3 hours in the afternoon from 10-30 years. My New Health results: I no longer had anemia, my uterus was "that of someone who had not ever had 1 child, not to mention 5", as long as I continue on a low fat raw food diet 99% of the time I no longer have stomach pain or constant bowel movements and my energy is through the roof. In fact over the past 7 months on a low fat raw food diet and running/strength training program I have gone from 130 pounds to 105 pounds and body fat of 30% to 13%.

Going raw not only has supported my body it has supported my mind and my spirit more than I had ever dreamed or hoped. I am now able to think clearly and the inspiration that flows into my life is more than I could have asked for. When I began creating "Go Raw In 30 Days" I thought of you, my friend, the person who may be looking for health, more energy, weight loss but most of all so you could feel so amazing over all and inspired to live the life of your dreams!
