Creamy Tahini Garlic Dressing

  • 1/4 cup cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Tahini (sesame seed butter)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (depending on the size make sure to start with 2 and add 1 at a time to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    Blend with 1/2 cup water until creamy. You may also substitute the oil for more Tahini or raw sesame seeds instead of Tahini.
