Vegetarian Collard Green Recipes

Keep life fresh and healthy, wrap it up with vegetarian collard green recipes and ideas. I love to spread a collard green leaf with a nut mayo and mustard, add few slices of tomato, cucumber and onion then roll it up for a delicious healthy sandwich.

Collard leaves are wonderful to wrap up:

  • top with almond butter, raw homemade jam, and sliced banana
  • a salad with dressing
  • cauliflower rice, avocado and a Nori sheet
  • and anything else you'd like to wrap up!
