Sad to say I missed yoga and I miss it. NO fitness today.

I love moments when not so good things happen in my life. Eventually I gain the prospective of appreciation. I took myself and 2 little men to park day with our Life Learner friends.
Emotional, Physical And Mental Awareness
Emotional: My emotional level feels low due to my husband's favorite dirt bike getting taken. My computer will be out for a week or so and right in the middle of my once 30 day green smoothie challenge. When I get down I love to play The Appreciation Game. Focus and make a list of all the things I am grateful for:
Physical: My body feels tight, I miss yoga. In notice when I consume many green smoothies my bowels come 3 times a day instead of 1.
Mental: Thinking of how we attracted someone to take Blake's
motorcycle. I feel empowered when I take responsibility for what
happens in my life.
Instead of feeling bad that I may not be able to keep up with a 30-day
Green Smoothie Challenge, I will make it a 10-day. With my computer out
and all the focus I will do in other areas of my life 10 days is great.
I do feel clearer and physically best on green smoothies. I know the
emotions I am digesting are hard on my body, possibly over taking the
benefits of green smoothies. Since I gave up all the addictions in my
life I like to be gentle with myself and focus on my emotional wellness
one moment at a time. When I attract lots of unwanted contrast I like
to take time to replace my thinking towards paving a new flowing world.
