puzzling over a puzzle

I am a 53 year young female and been overstressed dealing with bipolar spouse for 10 yrs. 8 yrs ago after gaining 40lbs & developing Irritable Bowel I took control of my health. I started doing lots of walking. Added in proper exercise and at age 49 1/2 I won a body makeover challenge. After herniating my abs and eating lots of dry carbs I ended up adding back more body fat. So I decided recently to go Raw most of the time. Been on it 8 weeks now & feel much better.
My favorite green smoothie is:
8oz homemade almond milk
add 3-4 pitted dates & let soak 15 minutes while I wash/prepare fruits & greens.
I like to pick 5 of all sorts of greens, but my favorites are
2 leaves bok choy
2 leaves Kale
1/2-3/4 cup spinach
small handful alfalfa sprouts
2-3 strands cilantro for flavor pop (mexican parsley)
2 small/med peeled bananas or 1 1/2 large bananas
1 tablespoon ground flax
Blend medium to grind up ,then blend on high for a minute or 2 while I make hubby's fruit & almond creme breakfast. I feel great & have lost body fat.

This is tasty & sweet enough to appeal to my husband! I started him out with a shot glass. Increased each day small amounts. He now tells everyone how good green smoothies are & will drink a full 10-12 oz glass with breakfast.
