Napa Cabbage Salad

The Key to a fabulous Napa Cabbage Salad is the combination of the Avo-Orange Dressing and fresh dill. Depending on your taste you can add more orange juice to the dressing to add more of a sweet orange flavor or less for more avocado flavor.

The fresh dill add a fragrant aroma and taste. Adding beets gives color and more a sweet flavor to the whole salad.

    Avo-Orange Dressing
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (if desire)
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne powder or more to taste
  • 1 green onion slicedMash avocado, add orange juice and then the rest of ingredients and mix together. This dressing is delicious over any type of greens.

Top it on or mix it into:

    Napa Salad:
  • 1 head of Napa cabbage, shredded
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks sliced
  • 1 beet, and/or carrot, shredded
  • a bunch of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • (optional) 1/4 cup fresh chopped dillToss together and top with Avo-Orange Dressing.
