Fresh Fruit Cobbler


Fresh Fruit Cobbler

Blend

  • 3 cups of fresh fruit
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of Agave Nectar or date paste (dates blended with water).
Pour on top of 3 cups of fresh fruit chopped or sliced. Set aside to marinate.

Crubble Topping:

  • 2 cups of nuts, any kind
  • 4 to 8 dates
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, cacoa or any other seasoning
  • optional: fresh fruit i.e. apple

In a glass dish place marinated fruit in the bottom and sprinkle heavily with nut topping. Dehydrate or sun dry for 1 hour at 115 degrees or 105 for 3 hours. Delicious topped with *raw ice cream.
