Using a Spiralizer to create raw vegetable pasta is fun, quick and easy. Zucchini, cucumber, turnip or any combination of your favorite raw vegetables work.

World Cuisine Spiral Vegetable Slicer
How To Use a Spiralizer
Place a 3 inch piece of vegetable vertically in the center of the vegetable spiral slicer or Saladacco. Next place the top part on top of the bottom part and vegetable and turn. It is so easy my children love to help out and spin some vegetables into pasta
Spiralizer Idea
I love to add:
- a few tablespoons of olive oil or mashed avocado
- a teaspoon of lemon juice
- sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of Agave Nectar or Stevia powder
To the pasta and toss. This process gives it a heated pasta flavor.
My husband thinks these are the best tasting raw bars. He says they taste almost like a real brownie and believe me when I say he is a major chocolate fan!

Enjoy your fun stringy noodles with my famous Spaghetti Love Sauce it is to live for!

My wife wanted to be able to make spaghetti-thin strands of carrot, beet and other vegetables, to add to salads and soups. This thing fits the bill perfectly, and works like a charm. The only caution is that it is difficult to figure out how to use it from the instructions, which are in Japanese with a hit-and-miss (and sometimes humorous) English translation. Once I got it working, though, it was fast and easy to shred and slice vegetables, and fast and easy to clean. Highly recommended. -Richard Drdul
