Raw Taco Nut-Meat
In a food processor using the S blade, add:
- 1 1/2 Cups walnuts soaked, strain and discard water
- 1⁄2 cup soaked sunflower seeds, dried
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup raisins
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1⁄2 Jalapeno, chopped or more to taste
- 1 cup cilantro
In the food processor, pulse chop until the ingredients look like ground beef. Wrap in up in a large romaine leaf or collard green leaf with Sassy Salsa and Guacamole.
Quick Mexi Feeling
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1 to 2 tomatoes depending on size
- 2 stalks of corn destalked
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 onion
- garlic clove
- sea salt to taste
Pulse chop all ingredients in food processor until desired consistency and taste for flavor.
