Raw Taco Nut-Meat
In a food processor using the S blade, add:

  • 1 1/2 Cups walnuts soaked, strain and discard water
  • 1⁄2 cup soaked sunflower seeds, dried
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1⁄4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup raisins
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1⁄2 Jalapeno, chopped or more to taste
  • 1 cup cilantro

In the food processor, pulse chop until the ingredients look like ground beef. Wrap in up in a large romaine leaf or collard green leaf with Sassy Salsa and Guacamole.

Quick Mexi Feeling

  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes depending on size
  • 2 stalks of corn destalked
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1⁄2 onion
  • garlic clove
  • sea salt to taste

Pulse chop all ingredients in food processor until desired consistency and taste for flavor.
