Raw Dressing Recipe
For Raw Mayo

2 delicious raw dressing recipe for raw mayo. Serve top raw veggie burgers, as a dip, dressing or as a base in other raw recipes.

Raw Mayo Tip

Raw Mayo Left-Over Tip:
Spinach or dandelion greens dip for left over raw mayo:

  • 1 cup of raw mayo
  • 3 cups of fresh raw spinach or 2 cups fresh dandelion greens
    Pulse chop in a food processor using the “S” blade until it becomes a dip consistency. Taste and adjust flavor as needed.


Raw Mayo

  • 1 cup soaked already soaked almonds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Pinch of fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 date
  • a small piece of hot pepper or dash
    of Cheyenne

  • 1-2 c flax or olive oil
    Blend all ingredients except oil until smooth. Last, add oil and lightly blend. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow the mayo to set up and become solid.
    Also great as a dressing, feel free to add fresh or dried dill.

Quick Raw Mayo

  • 1 cup raw macadamia nuts or cashews
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 chunk of onion
  • 1/2 date or 1 teaspoon Agave Nectar
    Blend with enough water to create a creamy mayo.
