Weight loss on raw food is different then weight loss on any other diet plan.
Raw food weight loss is: Total Body, Mind, Spirit, Nourishment!


Something happens when we take in 100% live organic foods. We start to shed pounds and with the loss of fat we gain space within our being to give to ourselves love, compassion, understanding and our spirit grows.

As I watch Robyn change in size I see more of who she really is. Take a look, go back and you can see the life she is gaining!

Many times the extra weight on our bodies is really the walls we have created to keep a distance from ourselves, others and to distance us from the true beauty within! Peacefully we can take care of yourselves and eliminate those walls. Love ourself enough to enjoy a life full of love and living foods!

Once your walls begin to melt there is room for many possibilities in store for us when we can connect with ourselves and others!

Week # 8 On Robyn’s Weight Loss on Raw Food

June 7, 2009/Day 50

Robyn’s Weight Loss On Raw Food 90 Day Raw Food Journey

Today I ate: Green smoothie w/2 peaches spinach & 2 bananas, 2 more bananas, raisins w/ cashews, macadamia nuts, carrots, almond pate w/carrots, zucchini & flax crackers, mixed green salad w/ tomatoes and cucumber.

Emotionally: I am focusing on an issue I had with the daycare and a teacher of my son’s squeezing his arm and hurting him. I am not at all thrilled with the episode. The director is supposed to address the issue with the teacher tomorrow morning, and I seriously doubt that she is going to own up to her error. Then what do I do? Continue to allow my son to attend. This issue is weighing heavily on my mind.

Physically: I feel pretty good. My back is finally 99%, and I am happy with that.

Mentally: I am also getting ready to go back to school, and I am making sure that I am not putting too much on my plate.

One way I love myself today: I went over to fellowship hall after church and enjoyed some time to myself as my kids played in the gymnasium. I usually go straight home after church because I don’t want the temptation of whatever they are serving at the Fellowship Hall. It doesn’t feel so much like a temptation anymore to me.

Physical Activity: I got on my Wii Fit with Jillian Michaels and worked out for 30 minutes early in the morning.

June 8, 2009/Day 51

Robyn’s Weight Loss On Raw Food 90 Day Raw Food Journey

Today I ate: Green smoothie w/2 peaches spinach & 2 bananas, raisins w/ cashews, macadamia nuts, walnuts & carrots, mixed greens salad w/avocado, plum tomatoes & cucumber

Emotionally: I feel pretty good today emotionally. I had a nice long weekend, and I feel relaxed.

Physically: I am sore! I did a lot of squats yesterday during my workout, and obviously I don’t do enough squats because my lower body is aching!

Mentally: I am really jazzed about loosing 10% of my body weight. You read that everywhere that you can do so much good for your body by just doing that one thing…I am very focused on continuing!

One way I love myself today: I went out to eat with my family. It was nice, and my salad was very good! I stayed on course with my program, and I didn’t have to cook food for the kids! That is a win, win, situation! I really can eat a salad

Physical Activity: I did go for a 30 minute walk today. I was really feeling it today!
