How To Use a Spiralizer

Place a 3 inch piece of vegetable vertically in the center of the vegetable spiral slicer or Saladacco. Next place the top part on top of the bottom part and vegetable and turn. It is so easy my children love to help out and spin some vegetables into pasta

Spiralizer Idea

I love to add:

  • a few tablespoons of olive oil or mashed avocado
  • a teaspoon of lemon juice
  • sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Agave Nectar or Stevia powder

To the pasta and toss. This process gives it a heated pasta flavor.


Vegetable noodles are also great with white sauce too. A simple one you can make is a Vegan Alfredo Sauce made with cashews but you can substitute Tahini and sunflower seeds for the cashews if you are sensitive.
