Sweet Green Smoothie Recipes

Green Grapes

  • 1 cup grapes
  • 3 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 5 romaine leaves or any other greens
  • 1/2 cup of water and 1⁄2 cup ice

Blend until creamy smooth. Makes 32oz

Mango Leaves

  • 1⁄4 mango
  • 1⁄2 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup water and 1⁄2 cup ice

Blend until creamy smooth. Makes 32oz

Hawaiian Tropical

  • 1⁄2 young coconut, water and meat
  • 1/4 of a pineapple chopped up
  • 1 mango
  • 3 banana
  • 1⁄4 cup ice
  • 3 cups of spinach

Blend until smooth. Makes 32oz

Berry Fields

  • 1 apple
  • 4 bananas
  • 1⁄4 cup mix berries
  • 1 cup chopped kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup ice and water each

Blend until smooth. Makes 32oz

Melon Delight

  • 1/4 watermelon
  • 1/2 of a cantaloupe
  • 6 strawberries
  • 9 leaves of Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 water and 1/2 ice

Blend until smooth. Makes 1-2 quart

Peachy King

  • 4 Banana
  • 1 cup chopped peaches
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1⁄2 cup water and ice each

Blend until creamy smooth. Makes 32oz

Strawberry Fields Forever

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 banana
  • 1⁄2 apple
  • 2 cup wild greens: dandelion greens, purslane, stinging nettles, etc.
  • 1⁄2 water and ice each

Blend until smooth. Makes 32oz

Darlene’s Favorite Banana Mylk

  • 7 ripe bananas
  • 2 celery stalk
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1⁄2 cup water and ice each

Blend until smooth. Makes 1-2 quart

 

Savory Green Smoothie Recipes

Herb Garden

  • 1 handful mixed greens
  • 3 Roma tomato
  • 1/8 cup cilantro
  • 1/8 cup parsley
  • 1/8 cup basil
  • 1/8 cup dill
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Squeeze of lime juice
  • 1⁄2 cup water

Blend until smooth. Makes 32oz

May also be used as a soup.

Blend until warm.

Vita 4

  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 4 romaine leaves
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 handful fresh herbs: basil, cilantro, parsley

Blend until smooth. Makes 32oz

  • 2 Large tomato
  • 5 kale leaves
  • pinch fresh dill
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Garlic clove
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Slice of red pepper
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 cup water

I love the quality of friends I draw into my life. They are giving, caring, and loving just like I see myself.

Mental, Physical And Emotional Awareness

Mentally, I feel clear and focused.

Physically, I feel tired and almost as if I have to push myself to get up and get going. I feel their is a shift in my body and strength. Time for my body to build muscle but first I tend to feel weak.

Emotionally I feel off and and angry for no reason. I have been short with people and with an attitude, might need to increase my calories tomorrow.
